Marina Creek Apartments is a 53-unit apartment community located in Antioch California which was purchased in December 2014. The business plan was to upgrade the interior units, common areas as well as a major capital infusion to address the deferred maintenance needs of the property from prior ownership. These efforts allowed Redwood Property Investors to improve occupancy, rental rates, and financial performance.
