Steiner is a 9-unit apartment building located in a very desirable neighborhood in San Francisco California which was purchased in August of 2016. The building was in bad shape when Redwood Property Investors acquired it and needed a substantial amount of work. RPI implemented a capital improvement plan that included a new foundation, upgraded seismic work and a complete interior rehab. The work performed on this asset allowed RPI to provide a quality apartment building in the severely supply constrained market of San Francisco.
