Our team

Redwood Property Investors, LLC and its related companies specialize in a wide range of real estate expertise including
acquisition, planning and development, construction, sales, leasing and property management.

We began with a primary focus on development opportunities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and San Joaquin County identifying undervalued properties and investing in them to realize their full potential.

Since our inception in 2007, we have acquired, renovated and sold over 1,000 single family residences and have built a
portfolio of over 75 rental properties by acquiring, improving and providing in-house property leasing and management
services. In recent years, we’ve shifted and invested our expertise towards restoring and managing multi-family
properties. We improve neighborhoods one property at a time by creating and maintaining quality communities.

Additionally, we’ve purchased, improved and managed commercial properties including office, retail, restaurant,
industrial, warehouse and land, in San Francisco, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo and San Joaquin counties. We have
also diversified our commercial assets in other coastal areas that fit our investment criteria.

We are a licensed California General Contractor and California Real Estate Broker.
