We implement best practices towards the range of our expertise in project management, structural work, floorplan design and redesign, seismic retrofitting, remodeling, and A to Z general contracting. Our project managers are directly involved in each project from concept, to permitting and planning, to sales and/or rental maintenance.
As owners of properties ourselves, with about 1000 units in management, we understand first-hand the value of protecting properties and investments while cultivating great rapport with the residents who lease them. We take the anxiety and heavy lifting away from property owners and implement the same quality standards by which we manage our own properties.
