Glendora is a 105-unit apartment community located in Stockton California that was acquired in March of 2017. The property suffered from poor management and a lack of maintenance to keep the asset in good shape. Upon taking over, RPI planned a significant renovation program to enhance the curb appeal and unit interior finishes while improving the overall management of the asset. Currently, Glendora is one of the best apartment communities in the neighborhood and is producing strong returns for our investors.
