Steven Sun leads
Redwood Property’s field operations with over 12 years of project management experience and structural design
background. As Operations Manager, he assisted Reid Settlemier in pioneering Redwood Property’s residential business
segment in 2008, having acquired, remodeled, and sold over 1,000 homes under his direct oversight. Today he continues to
manage and oversee all development projects from start to finish.
Prior to joining Redwood Property, Steven was an engineer at Bigge Crane and Rigging Co.and alsoheld several engineering
design consulting roles. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from UC Berkeley, with an emphasis in Structural
Engineering.
