These efforts allowed Redwood Property Investors to improve occupancy, rental rates, and financial performance. 531 Glendora Avenue, Stockton Glendora is a 105-unit apartment community located in Stockton California that was acquired in March of 2017. The property suffered from poor management and a lack of maintenance to keep the asset in good shape. Upon taking over, RPI planned a significant renovation program to enhance the curb appeal and unit interior finishes while improving the overall management of the asset. Currently, Glendora is one of the best apartment communities in the neighborhood and is producing strong returns for our investors. 2807 Steiner Street, SF Steiner is a 9-unit apartment building located in a very desirable neighborhood in San Francisco California which was purchased in August of 2016. The building was in bad shape when Redwood Property Investors acquired it and needed a substantial amount of work. RPI implemented a capital improvement plan that included a new foundation, upgraded seismic work and a complete interior rehab. The work performed on this asset allowed RPI to provide a quality apartment building in the severely supply constrained market of San Francisco.
